The Cypherpunkism Lexicon

A philosophy requires a stable vocabulary.

Without defined terms, privacy can be confused with secrecy, decentralization with disorder, self-custody with isolation and digital sovereignty with either state control or technological lawlessness. Words that appear similar may describe fundamentally different distributions of power.

Cypherpunkism emerged from the intellectual and technological inheritance of public-key cryptography, privacy-enhancing technologies, anonymous communication, peer-to-peer networks, free software, digital cash, the historical Cypherpunk movement and Bitcoin. It organizes and extends these ideas into a systematic philosophy of Digital Sovereignty.

This lexicon establishes the authoritative vocabulary of that philosophy as developed between the founding of Cypherpunkism on 10 October 2010 and the present publication on 20 October 2025. Some terms originated in earlier technical, political or philosophical traditions. Others acquire a more specific meaning when used within Cypherpunkism.

The definitions are not descriptions of particular products or political parties. They are conceptual instruments for determining who possesses power within a technological system, how that power is exercised and whether the individual retains meaningful sovereignty.

Foundational Terms

Cypherpunk

Cypherpunk refers historically to a participant in, or intellectual descendant of, the movement that emerged around the use of strong cryptography and privacy-enhancing technologies as instruments of social and political change.

The Cypherpunks were not united by a single comprehensive ideology. Their discussions included libertarianism, crypto-anarchism, digital cash, anonymous communication, software freedom, privacy, computer security and resistance to censorship. The historical movement provides an essential foundation for Cypherpunkism, but the two terms are not interchangeable.

Cypherpunkism

Cypherpunkism is a philosophy of Digital Sovereignty holding that individual freedom in a technological society must be protected not only through laws and institutional promises, but through technological architectures that make privacy, cryptography, decentralization, open knowledge and individual control practically enforceable.

Its eight principles are Privacy, Cryptography, Decentralization, Individual Control, Open Knowledge, Open Architecture, Freedom to Build and Digital Sovereignty.

Cypherpunkism asks one central question:

Who should be sovereign in the digital world—the individual, or the systems through which the individual increasingly lives?

Cypherpunkist

A Cypherpunkist is a person who adopts, develops or applies the philosophy of Cypherpunkism.

The Cypherpunkist defends privacy, uses and supports cryptography, questions unnecessary concentrations of technological power, promotes open knowledge and seeks to build systems that preserve individual control. The term includes corresponding responsibilities: respecting the privacy of others, protecting entrusted information, securing cryptographic keys and rejecting the use of technological freedom as an excuse for fraud, coercion or abuse.

Crypto-Anarchism

Crypto-anarchism is a political tradition proposing that cryptography and digital networks can enable private interaction beyond conventional state control. It is closely connected to the historical Cypherpunk movement but is not synonymous with either Cypherpunk or Cypherpunkism.

Cypherpunkism does not require the abolition of the state, corporations or all centralized institutions. It evaluates authority according to whether it is necessary, limited, transparent, proportionate, contestable and subject to meaningful review or exit.

The Cypherpunkist Principle

The Cypherpunkist Principle is the proposition that technology should expand the effective sovereignty of the individual rather than create unnecessary, irreversible or unaccountable concentrations of power.

It is commonly applied through the question: Who does the technology empower?

The Eight Principles

Privacy

Privacy is the ability of an individual to establish and control boundaries around personal information, communication, identity, association, behavior and private life.

Privacy is not merely the concealment of wrongdoing. It is the capacity to decide what is revealed, when it is revealed, for which purpose and to whom. Within Cypherpunkism, privacy is a necessary condition of autonomy because a person who is permanently observable can be classified, manipulated or coerced by whoever controls the observation.

Cryptography

Cryptography is the use of mathematical methods to protect information, authenticate participants, verify integrity and control access or authorization.

Within Cypherpunkism, cryptography transforms freedom from an institutional promise into technological architecture. A policy may prohibit unauthorized access; cryptography can make that access technically difficult. This relationship is expressed in the principle: Cryptography is applied freedom.

Decentralization

Decentralization is the deliberate distribution of technological power, infrastructure, decision-making or verification across multiple independent points so that no unnecessary single authority possesses absolute control.

Decentralization is not the absence of organization. Nor does Cypherpunkism demand that every component of every system be decentralized. It is a structural check applied when concentration creates excessive opportunities for censorship, surveillance, exclusion, manipulation or catastrophic failure.

Individual Control

Individual Control is the practical capacity of a person to exercise meaningful authority over personal information, identity, communications, cryptographic credentials, digital possessions and participation in technological systems.

Control is not meaningful when it exists only in legal language while the provider retains every operational power. Genuine control includes understandable choices, revocable permissions, accessible settings, exportability and an effective ability to refuse or leave.

Open Knowledge

Open Knowledge is the principle that knowledge necessary to understand, examine and build important technological systems should not remain unnecessarily confined to governments, corporations, universities or a narrow technical elite.

Digital sovereignty requires understanding. People cannot meaningfully govern technologies whose rules they are prohibited from studying. Openness may be limited temporarily to protect personal information or enable responsible vulnerability disclosure, but secrecy should bear the burden of justification.

Open Architecture

Open Architecture is technological architecture that can be examined, independently implemented, challenged and connected to other compatible systems.

Its characteristics may include public specifications, inspectable source code, documented interfaces, interoperable formats and the ability to replace components or providers. Open architecture reduces the power created by obscurity and lock-in, although openness alone does not guarantee security or ethical design.

Freedom to Build

Freedom to Build is the freedom to study, create, publish, distribute and use cryptographic, decentralized and privacy-enhancing technologies.

This principle is essential because individual sovereignty cannot depend entirely upon tools supplied by the institutions whose power those tools may need to limit. Freedom to build carries responsibilities toward the rights and security of others; it is not immunity for deliberately harmful conduct.

Digital Sovereignty

Digital Sovereignty is the capacity of an individual to retain meaningful authority over his or her identity, information, communications, digital possessions, cryptographic credentials and participation in technological systems.

Digital Sovereignty does not require separation from society or the rejection of institutions. It requires that cooperation does not become domination and that technological dependence does not eliminate consent, accountability or exit.

Privacy and Information

Anonymity

Anonymity is the condition in which an action or communication cannot reasonably be connected to the civil identity of the person responsible for it.

Anonymity can protect dissidents, journalists, whistleblowers, vulnerable people and ordinary private association. It does not eliminate ethical responsibility for harm. Cypherpunkism favors context-sensitive accountability over universal identification.

Pseudonymity

Pseudonymity is participation through a persistent identity that is not necessarily connected publicly to a person’s civil identity.

A pseudonym can accumulate history, reputation and accountability while protecting the individual’s offline identity. Unlike complete anonymity, pseudonymity allows actions over time to be associated with the same digital actor.

Secrecy

Secrecy is the concealment of particular information from others. It is narrower than privacy.

Privacy concerns the authority to establish personal boundaries. Secrecy concerns whether a particular fact remains unknown. A person may seek privacy without concealing wrongdoing, just as an institution may maintain secrecy while violating the privacy of others.

Content Privacy

Content Privacy is protection of the substantive information contained within a communication, document or transaction.

Encryption may protect what a message says while leaving visible who communicated, when the communication occurred and where the participants were located. Content privacy is therefore necessary but incomplete.

Metadata

Metadata is information describing the context, structure or pattern of other information.

Communications metadata may reveal identities, locations, times, devices, frequency and networks of association without revealing the message itself. As established in Metadata Is Power, these patterns can expose relationships and behavior with extraordinary precision.

Metadata Privacy

Metadata Privacy is the protection of information concerning the participants, timing, location, structure and relational patterns surrounding digital activity.

A system does not provide complete communications privacy merely because message contents are encrypted. Its architecture must also minimize the metadata available to unnecessary observers.

Inference Privacy

Inference Privacy is protection against the derivation of sensitive knowledge that a person did not directly disclose.

Artificial intelligence can combine ordinary data points to infer health conditions, political beliefs, emotional states, relationships, vulnerabilities or likely future behavior. Inference Privacy recognizes that control over collected facts is insufficient when systems can transform those facts into intimate conclusions.

Data Minimization

Data Minimization is the practice of collecting, retaining and disclosing only the information genuinely necessary for a defined purpose.

It reduces the power created by databases before encryption or regulation becomes necessary. Information that was never collected cannot later be stolen, sold, repurposed or compelled from its holder.

Selective Disclosure

Selective Disclosure is the ability to reveal a required fact or attribute without revealing unrelated information.

A person may need to prove eligibility, authorization or age without disclosing a complete identity record. Selective disclosure applies the principle that verification should expose no more about the individual than the interaction requires.

Zero-Knowledge Proof

A Zero-Knowledge Proof is a cryptographic method through which one party can demonstrate that a statement is true without revealing the underlying secret used to establish it.

Within Cypherpunkism, zero-knowledge methods illustrate the possibility of accountability without unnecessary exposure: proving what is necessary without revealing everything else.

Surveillance Architecture

Surveillance Architecture is a technical design that makes observation, identification, correlation or behavioral analysis a structural feature of participation.

Surveillance may exist even when no human is actively watching. Mandatory identifiers, centralized logs, persistent tracking and cross-platform profiles create dormant powers that can later be activated by corporations, governments, attackers or future administrators.

Cryptographic Authority

Encryption

Encryption is the transformation of readable information into a protected form that can be understood only by parties possessing the required cryptographic key.

Encryption protects data during storage and transmission. Its political importance lies in shifting the ability to establish informational boundaries toward the key holder.

End-to-End Encryption

End-to-End Encryption is an architecture in which information is encrypted by the sender and can be decrypted only by its intended recipient or recipients.

An intermediary may transport the encrypted information but should not possess the ordinary technical ability to read it. The term should not be used when the provider quietly retains an equivalent means of accessing plaintext.

Cryptographic Key

A Cryptographic Key is information used to encrypt, decrypt, authenticate or authorize actions within a cryptographic system.

The location and control of keys often reveal the true architecture of power. A system may describe an asset or identity as belonging to the user while placing the decisive key under institutional control.

Key Sovereignty

Key Sovereignty is the individual’s meaningful authority over the cryptographic keys through which identity, communication, property or access is controlled.

Key Sovereignty includes the ability to create, store, use, rotate, recover and revoke keys without an institution acquiring unlimited authority over them.

Self-Custody

Self-Custody is an arrangement in which the individual directly controls the credentials or keys necessary to exercise authority over a digital asset, identity or account.

Self-custody does not require that a person receive no assistance. Multisignature arrangements, social recovery and user-selected guardians can support the individual without transferring unilateral control to a custodian.

Custodial Power

Custodial Power is the authority acquired when an intermediary controls the credentials necessary for another person to access, transfer or use a digital possession or identity.

Custody may be voluntary and useful, but it creates dependency. A custodial system should therefore be evaluated according to its transparency, security, duties, portability and limits on confiscation or exclusion.

Cryptographic Agility

Cryptographic Agility is the ability of a system to replace cryptographic algorithms, parameters or keys without destroying the larger system or depriving users of their identity and property.

As discussed in Post-Quantum Cypherpunkism, sovereignty must survive changes in mathematics and computation. Loyalty to one algorithm is not the same as loyalty to cryptographic freedom.

Architecture and Power

Architecture of Power

An Architecture of Power is the distribution of authority created by a technological system’s databases, interfaces, permissions, protocols, credentials and rules.

Every architecture answers political questions, whether acknowledged or not: who can observe, who can decide, who can alter the rules, who can exclude and who can leave?

Architectural Freedom

Architectural Freedom is freedom protected by the design of a system rather than dependent entirely upon the continuing goodwill of its operator.

Examples include end-to-end encryption that prevents intermediaries from reading communications, portable formats that permit users to change providers and distributed networks that prevent one administrator from silencing every participant.

Architectural Coercion

Architectural Coercion is control exercised through the structure of a technological system rather than through an explicit command.

A platform may technically permit refusal while making refusal equivalent to losing employment, identity, property or access to essential services. Architectural coercion demonstrates why formal consent is insufficient when the system eliminates realistic alternatives.

Centralization

Centralization is the concentration of operational, informational or decision-making authority within a limited number of points.

Centralization is not inherently illegitimate. It may improve efficiency, coordination, recovery and accountability. It becomes dangerous when concentrated power is unnecessary, opaque, irreversible or immune from competition, review and exit.

Single Point of Control

A Single Point of Control is a component or authority capable of unilaterally observing, altering, stopping or excluding participants from a significant technological function.

It is distinct from a single point of failure. A system may remain operational while still allowing one authority to change its rules or censor its users.

Protocol Power

Protocol Power is the authority exercised through the rules governing interaction between participants or machines.

Protocol power may be less visible than institutional power, but it can be equally consequential. Defaults, validation rules, permissions and upgrade mechanisms determine what participants are technologically able to do.

Code as Political Architecture

Code as Political Architecture is the principle that software does not merely execute technical functions; it distributes power, permissions, visibility and control.

Code may create freedom, dependence or coercion before a court, legislature or administrator becomes involved. Technical design must therefore be evaluated as a form of governance.

Censorship Resistance

Censorship Resistance is the capacity of a system to continue carrying, preserving or validating lawful participation despite attempts by a particular authority to suppress it.

Censorship resistance does not mean that every community must distribute every message. It means that no unnecessary single intermediary should possess universal power over participation.

Immutability

Immutability is the degree to which established records or rules resist alteration.

Immutability can defend history and property against manipulation. It is not an absolute moral good. Systems must also consider correction, privacy, unlawful disclosure and the possibility of harmful information being preserved permanently.

Identity and Participation

Digital Identity

Digital Identity is the collection of identifiers, attributes, credentials, relationships and records through which a person or entity is represented within technological systems.

Digital identity may be fragmented across many contexts. Cypherpunkism opposes the unnecessary consolidation of these contexts into a universal profile controlled by one institution.

Identity Sovereignty

Identity Sovereignty is the individual’s meaningful authority over how digital identity is created, presented, connected, verified, corrected and revoked.

It does not mean that a person can compel others to accept any unverified claim. It means that verification should not require the unnecessary surrender of the person’s complete identity to a central authority.

Self-Sovereign Identity

Self-Sovereign Identity is an approach in which individuals exercise direct control over digital identifiers and credentials rather than depending entirely upon accounts issued and revocable by a single provider.

Its Cypherpunkist purpose is to enable people to prove necessary claims, maintain contextual identities and change service providers without losing their digital existence.

Digital Credential

A Digital Credential is electronically verifiable evidence that an individual or entity possesses a particular identity, attribute, qualification or authorization.

A credential should reveal only what its purpose requires. The ability to verify a claim does not create an unlimited entitlement to collect information about the person presenting it.

Universal Identity Layer

A Universal Identity Layer is infrastructure through which a common identity becomes necessary across otherwise separate areas of digital life.

Such a system may improve convenience while also creating a universal permission and surveillance layer. Whoever controls it may acquire the capacity to connect behavior across contexts or exclude a person from multiple services simultaneously.

Proportional Identity

Proportional Identity is the principle that an interaction should require no more identification than is necessary for its risk and purpose.

Reading public information may require no identity. Signing a consequential agreement may require strong proof of authority. Accountability should increase with the capacity to cause harm rather than becoming a universal condition of ordinary participation.

Exit, Dependency and Choice

Technological Dependency

Technological Dependency is reliance upon a system or provider for continued access to an important identity, capability, possession, relationship or service.

Dependency is not always avoidable or illegitimate. It becomes a threat to sovereignty when it is concealed, unnecessarily engineered or used to prevent refusal, competition or exit.

Provider Sovereignty

Provider Sovereignty describes a condition in which the provider, rather than the user, possesses the final operational authority over the user’s digital identity, information, assets or participation.

The user may appear to control an account while the provider retains the power to inspect data, change rules, revoke access or prevent migration.

Technological Lock-In

Technological Lock-In is a condition in which changing systems or providers imposes unreasonable losses of data, identity, functionality, relationships, reputation or property.

Lock-in converts accumulated participation into institutional power. The longer the user remains, the more expensive departure becomes.

Portability

Portability is the ability to export information, identity, configuration, history or digital possessions from one system and transfer them elsewhere in a usable form.

A download that cannot be understood or imported by another system provides archival access but not meaningful portability.

Interoperability

Interoperability is the ability of independently operated systems to communicate, exchange information or recognize compatible credentials and functions.

Interoperability makes exit practical by allowing users to change providers without abandoning their relationships or digital history. It must be implemented without requiring every system to expose all private information to every other system.

Technological Exit

Technological Exit is the practical act of leaving a digital system, provider or protocol while preserving the identity, information, relationships, property or capabilities that legitimately belong to the individual.

Deleting an account is not meaningful exit if the person must sacrifice essential parts of digital life in the process.

The Right to Exit

The Right to Exit is the principle that participation cannot be considered genuinely voluntary when leaving requires the loss of identity, property, reputation, essential records or access to necessary social functions.

The right requires portability, interoperability, recoverability and realistic alternatives. Exit disciplines power even when the user never exercises it.

Artificial Intelligence and Delegated Power

Sovereign AI Agent

A Sovereign AI Agent is an artificial-intelligence system capable of reasoning and acting on behalf of an individual while its memory, identity, credentials, permissions and accumulated knowledge remain under that individual’s meaningful authority.

Technical autonomy alone does not make an agent sovereign. An agent controlled by its provider may act independently of the user while remaining dependent upon the institution operating it.

Delegated Agency

Delegated Agency is the authority granted to a technological system to interpret goals and perform actions on behalf of a person or organization.

Delegation should specify the permitted task, resources, recipients, duration and consequences. The agent’s authority must remain inspectable and revocable.

Least Agency

Least Agency is the principle that an automated system should receive no more information, permission or autonomous decision-making power than is necessary to accomplish its authorized purpose.

It extends the security principle of least privilege by limiting not only access, but also the number and significance of decisions a system can make without returning control to the individual.

Agent Memory

Agent Memory is the retained information through which an AI agent develops continuity concerning a user’s preferences, relationships, activities, instructions and history.

Because accumulated memory may become a detailed representation of the person, sovereign memory must be inspectable, correctable, compartmentalized, portable and deletable by that person.

Algorithmic Authority

Algorithmic Authority is power exercised when computational systems classify, rank, recommend, permit, deny or act in ways that materially affect individuals.

Algorithmic authority becomes illegitimate when consequential decisions cannot be understood, challenged or attributed to accountable human institutions.

Cognition and Neurotechnology

Cognitive Sovereignty

Cognitive Sovereignty is the individual’s authority over the technological conditions affecting thought, attention, memory, emotion, perception, intention and decision.

It extends Digital Sovereignty into the human mind. As technology moves from observing behavior to interacting directly with neural activity, the boundary of sovereignty must move with it.

Cognitive Privacy

Cognitive Privacy is protection against unauthorized observation, interpretation or inference concerning mental processes and states.

It includes protection not only for deliberate thoughts, but also for neural signals and behavioral patterns capable of revealing attention, intention, emotion or cognitive condition.

Cognitive Liberty

Cognitive Liberty is the freedom to think, remember, imagine, believe and direct one’s attention without unauthorized technological interference or coercive manipulation.

It includes the freedom to use consensual technologies that alter or enhance cognition and the equal freedom to refuse them.

Neural Data

Neural Data is information measured from, produced by or inferred from activity involving the nervous system.

Within Cypherpunkism, neural data is not ordinary consumer data. Its proximity to intention, health, identity and cognition requires stronger standards of consent, minimization, security and individual control.

Neural Self-Custody

Neural Self-Custody is the principle that individuals should retain meaningful control over access to neural data, neurotechnology credentials and systems interacting with their nervous processes.

A brain–computer interface should not give its manufacturer an unrestricted ability to observe, alter, disable or monetize functions connected to the user’s mind.

Neuro-Cypherpunkism

Neuro-Cypherpunkism is the extension of Cypherpunkism into brain–computer interfaces, neural information and cognitive technology.

It applies privacy, cryptography, decentralization, open architecture and self-custody to the technological boundaries surrounding the human mind. Its defining principle is: The mind is the final private key.

Money and Digital Property

Monetary Sovereignty

Monetary Sovereignty is the practical capacity of an individual to hold, transfer and receive value without unnecessary surveillance, censorship or dependence upon a single financial intermediary.

It does not imply immunity from every legitimate legal obligation. It concerns the distribution of operational power over money and the conditions under which access can be monitored, restricted or revoked.

Programmable Money

Programmable Money is money whose transfer or use can be governed automatically by software-defined conditions.

Programmability can enable useful automation, but it can also allow issuers or intermediaries to impose expiration dates, spending restrictions, identity conditions or remote seizure. Cypherpunkism distinguishes programmability chosen by the owner from programmability imposed upon the owner.

Digital Possession

A Digital Possession is an asset, record, credential or informational object over which an individual possesses a legitimate claim of access, control or transfer.

A digital possession is not meaningfully owned when a provider can revoke it arbitrarily, prevent transfer or alter its essential properties without consent.

Permissionless Participation

Permissionless Participation is the ability to use or contribute to a technological network without obtaining discretionary approval from a central gatekeeper.

Permissionless does not mean consequence-free. Participants remain responsible for fraud, coercion and violations of the rights of others.

Authority, Harm and Responsibility

Digital Absolutism

Digital Absolutism is the belief or architecture that assigns effectively unlimited authority either to an institution or to an individual technological freedom without recognizing legitimate competing rights.

Cypherpunkism rejects both institutional absolutism and individual impunity. Freedom must coexist with the equal sovereignty of others.

Legitimate Digital Authority

Legitimate Digital Authority is authority over technological systems that is necessary, limited, transparent, proportionate, contestable and subject to meaningful review or exit.

Legitimacy depends upon the structure and use of power, not merely the identity of the institution exercising it. Governments, corporations, communities and decentralized protocols can each exercise authority legitimately or illegitimately.

Arbitrary Digital Power

Arbitrary Digital Power is the ability to observe, classify, restrict, exclude or alter another person’s digital life without defined limits, sufficient justification or meaningful accountability.

Power is arbitrary when the person subjected to it cannot understand the rule, challenge the decision, obtain correction or leave without unreasonable loss.

Equal Sovereignty

Equal Sovereignty is the principle that one individual’s digital freedom does not include an unrestricted right to violate the corresponding freedom, privacy or property of another.

It supplies the moral boundary of individual Digital Sovereignty. The limit of my sovereignty is not institutional convenience; it is the equal sovereignty of another human being.

Digital Harm

Digital Harm is a significant injury to a person’s rights, safety, property, identity, privacy or practical freedom caused or materially enabled through technological systems.

Disagreement, offense and unconventional belief are not automatically harms. Restrictions require a credible connection between conduct and demonstrable injury.

Cypherpunkist Responsibility

Cypherpunkist Responsibility is the duty to exercise technological freedom with respect for the privacy, security and equal sovereignty of others.

It includes securing entrusted keys, minimizing unnecessary data collection, disclosing material risks, rejecting deception and building systems that do not conceal centralized control behind the language of freedom.

Responsible Openness

Responsible Openness is the presumption that technological knowledge should be accessible while recognizing narrowly defined duties concerning personal information, active credentials, dangerous operational details and responsible vulnerability disclosure.

Restrictions on knowledge should be specific, temporary and justified. Security must not become a permanent excuse for institutional secrecy.

The Cypherpunkist Test

The Cypherpunkist Test is a practical method for evaluating a technology according to the power relationship it creates.

It asks:

  • Who controls the keys?
  • Who can read the data?
  • Who can infer information that was never disclosed?
  • Who establishes and changes the rules?
  • Who can deny access or participation?
  • Who owns the resulting identity, memory or digital property?
  • Can permission be withdrawn?
  • Can errors be challenged and corrected?
  • Can the individual move to another provider?
  • Does the technology strengthen the individual, or the system governing the individual?

No single technical feature determines the answer. A decentralized system may still concentrate development or governance. An encrypted service may still expose metadata. Open-source software may still depend upon centralized infrastructure. Self-custody may exist in theory while the interface makes independent control impractical.

The whole architecture must be examined.

The Vocabulary of Sovereignty

The terms in this lexicon describe a single expanding problem: technology is becoming part of the environment through which identity, communication, property, knowledge and eventually cognition are exercised.

Information Sovereignty asks who can read the message. Network Sovereignty asks who controls the infrastructure. Identity Sovereignty asks who defines and verifies the digital individual. Monetary Sovereignty asks who controls the keys and the transfer of value. Digital Sovereignty asks who controls the individual’s wider technological existence. Cognitive Sovereignty asks who controls the interface to the mind.

These are not separate struggles. They are successive frontiers of the same philosophical question.

Cypherpunkism is not against technology. It is not inherently against governments, corporations or coordination. It is against technological arrangements in which cooperation becomes domination, convenience becomes dependency and authority becomes unaccountable architecture.

A stable vocabulary makes those arrangements visible. Once power can be named, it can be examined. Once it can be examined, it can be challenged and rebuilt.

Privacy is sovereignty. Cryptography is applied freedom. Decentralization is a check on power. Code is political architecture. The mind is the final private key. Digital sovereignty belongs to the individual.
