The neurochip can also refer to neuromorphic computer chip, which is any device that uses physical artificial neurons (typically made from silicon, latest tech is nanotubes) to do computations.
These specific type of computation is classified as neuromorphic engineering, also known as neuromorphic computing, is the use of electronic circuits to mimic neuro-biological architectures present in the nervous system.
